Every bride wants their perfect gown but when they go online to find it they end up finding look-a-likes or that it doesn't fit in their budget. How frustrating and sad when they have to use their second, and sometimes third, choice.
There is also the fact that when you do locate "the" dress, the retail store that carries it seems a million miles away from where you live. You take the time to drive to the store and find out they do not even have a floor sample but can order it. So you go back online to the website where you found the dress and order it. It arrives and you find out that the workmanship is not quite what you thought, or that it isn't even close to what you wanted. Now what? Oh, you try to call customer service and they give you the run around or no refunds. Ok but you read the return policy and it says you can get a refund but you are out of luck because you didn't read between the lines. Baloney!

Ok, you choose who you want to order from, receive the dress in a very short period of time, and find it isn't quite what your looking for. You call the 800 number explain why you want to return the dress and they tell you that you can't return it or get a refund. You ask why and they tell you that you are trying to return it after the time period they allow. How do I know all about this? I have a bride who brought this same dress into my boutique for consignment. She asked me to look at the dress and see what I thought. I looked at it, saw how it was made, and told her that she should try and get her money back. She said she was haing difficulty and that she would like to just consign it and get some money back that way. I went on the website,looked at the website and found something interesting. The return atnd refund policy states that if you are unhappy and want to return your dress it must be within 5 days of placing the order. It takes 21 days to receive your dress so it makes it impossible to return or receive a refund............Buyer Beware!
